Leonor Ann Menicable

Leonor Ann Menicable is a Clinic Office Assistant at Harmony Fertility Women’s Care and Ultrasound, with over 10 years of combined experience in clinical laboratory services, healthcare administration, and technical support. She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Healthcare Leadership (Honours, Canadian context) and is a Licensed Canadian Phlebotomist as well as a Registered Canadian Phlebotomy Instructor (CPTG).

Ann is also an internationally educated, trained, and licensed Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), with extensive expertise in clinical laboratory operations, document custodianship, and patient-focused customer service. Her multidisciplinary background allows her to effectively bridge clinical accuracy with administrative efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
